The guys over at South Philadelphia Structured Living contacted my caseworker from the rehab I discharged from. They bridged the gap between the treatment center and my home here at SPSL. All of my fears about coming home were immediately diminished when I arrived at the house just because of how the guys made me feel along with the owner Bob. He treats everyone as if they’re his own son or brother. Two words that come to mind when I think of the house and they are “home” and “safe”. All the rooms are clean, food is often donated, we attend events together, we attend meetings together, and many of us continue our treatment plan with IOP or OP services .The rules are not strict but not too lenient. We are definitely living with a strong sense of purpose here along with having an ample amount of accountability. This house has a growing positive reputation and I am more than happy to be a part of it.“
